In Class:
Students began by completing a quiz on Gatsby List 2 vocabulary. We then discussed the questioning process (DOK Levels) in annotation as we moved into a small group activity on questioning in Chapter 4. Students formed groups of 3-4 to create multiple choice/short answer questions based on a set of literary categories. See the link below for the instruction sheet. We will complete this activity next class period and present the questions in a gallery walk to determine the strongest questions for each category. At Home: Read/annotate chapter 5 and complete the Gatsby List 3 vocabulary page. Comments are closed.
